I love unique and original people. Particularly those who can stand doing artwork for hours and hours at a time without feeling tired or wanting to go do something else. I love hardworking artists; I admire them even though I myself tend to be so lazy and scatter brained at times. Sometimes, I think artists seem to offend people, not on purpose but out of a lack of conscientiousness for other people's respect, beliefs, and feelings. Many people have different values about love, God, friendship, death, life, work, etc. We honestly don't have to conform to what other people believe, but we should have the respect for what others believe. If others are in constant discord with them, I guess it's best to go our separate ways.

In industrialized societies, we tend to think on the self more than anything. This is not the right thing to do. I think an artist should be more conscientious to one's audience as well as to one's self. In all honesty, I'm not a big liberal fan because I feel they have no foundation and constantly stand still and question too much as well as being too open to other things. I wanted to paint more political issues of being contained as a conservative at first. But when I realized this might cause discord among many, I told myself "no" since I could not defend myself verbally. I also would have not acted in love of other people's opinions.

Is it hard to not offend people? I don't truly know. I'm usually the one who stands in silence while I nod my head and say ..."I see" when I don't know what of nothing else to say. That's when my art comes in and says many things about what I want to say about myself or life. Yet, why do I feel so limited? Do people ACTUALLY read these journals of mine or do I blow hot air? No matter...if I die, I might be famous someday and these will be great inspirational sources one day. I'm a dreamer and that's what artists usually do is dream.
